Library Speakers Consortium is a service that creates several live, streaming events from bestselling 
authors. These are live events with interactive Q&A sessions where participants can ask questions directly 
and discuss the author's work in more detail. 
 

From crafting workshops and art classes to storytelling sessions and our new Makerspace, PLSJ embraces our dynamic 
role in cultivating the creative potential of our patrons.

PLSJ has a wide variety of creative programs at all of our branches.  If you’re interested in hands on programs creating 
crafts, making gifts or art, or learning new techniques, PLSJ has DIY craft programs, crochet clubs, paint ‘n sips, game 

A total solar eclipse will occur on Monday, April 8.  To celebrate the event, SEAL (Solar Eclipse Activities for Libraries) distributed 5 million solar-viewing glasses to libraries.  PLSJ received 5,000 glasses that we will give away for free. Visit your PLSJ branch to pick up glasses starting March 6 while supplies last.  Limit one per person.
