How to Take Your Camera out of Auto Mode… Schiappa Branch, February 5 at 6 p.m. In this class, Ryan Nolan will teach you the basics of using your camera to take great photos. We’ll cover important settings like shutter speed, aperture, and ISO, and explain how they affect your pictures. You’ll also learn how to focus properly, adjust lighting, and choose the right lens for different situations. By the end of the class, you’ll have the confidence to take your camera off “auto” mode and start capturing moments like a pro. This class is perfect for beginners who want to improve their photography skills. A camera is required to take this class. Register to attend. Access Bars for Your Well-Being Main Library, January 18 at 11 a.m. Help reduce stress, burnout, and fatigue with a technique called Access Bars. It's a gentle treatment using a light touch to 32 points on the head. Attend this program to experience a mini-session facilitated by Carol Borkoski. Register to attend. Bullet Journaling 101 Schiappa Branch, January 16 at 6 p.m. You will learn how to start a bullet journal, find out what types of materials to use, and what kind of things to include in your journal!
